Return Policy
1.You can request a return by phone or email. Please contact us BEFORE sending any returns to obtain an authorization number and special instructions. You can reach us at (480) 539-4820 or email to Randy@mesacustom.com .

Restocking Fee
Items returned for reasons other than manufacturer defect will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. However, if your return is simply an exchange because you ordered the wrong size or color and you would like to get a replacement in the correct size/color, you will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case.

Shipping Policy
Back Orders
In-stock orders received by 3pm MST on M-F are typically shipped same day. In the rare case that an item is backordered, it is our policy to hold the order and ship complete. If you prefer to have in-stock items shipped immediately with backordered items shipped when available, please let us know that when placing your order.
Shipping Charges
We use UPS and USPS. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your products, size of the package, and the destination location.
